[Bug 12061] step 3 says to "set the node to the context element", but I do not see "context element" defined anywhere. Should that be the "current node" or perhaps "current table"?

It's the context node. I've added hyperlinks to make this clearer, but the only
way you could get to that part of the algorithm is via another algorithm that
explicitly says what the context node is.
