Bug Triage sub-team notes that comment 14 points out that most of the issues
can be addressed. What's missing in this bug is a reference to the track
element that was introduced later. This element resolves the concerns. No
action is required yet as the bug can't be closed until a text format is agreed
upon. Verified Later is an appropriate state at this moment.
