Status: Rejected
Change Description: no spec change
Rationale: There's no difference between what the spec describes and what a
page would experience if the user was using an autocompletion IME (as, e.g., on
a phone) or was pasting complete words, or using other mechanisms to enter
multiple characters at once. So any page that breaks for this is already
broken.
