First one to ship something that either matches the spec/WebKit or matches the proposed behaviour/Gecko gets to decide what happens? I don't really know how else to proceed here. On the one hand this is a pretty minor issue, and it would unduly burden WebKit to change it, especially given that they followed the spec.
