Summary: When the source of a video element points to anaudio
file, its intrinsic size should be the same as if
there was no resource, and it should not be set to 0.
This is not necessarily an author bug. It can happen
if the platform has audio codecs but no video

should be the same as if there was no resource, and it should not be set to 0.
