[Bug 15153] International language support need improvement. For Chinese characters, each time we start a new line in coding part, there should not be any space insert in browsing view. It is helpful for Web Developers. This situation also applies to other asian lang from bugzilla@jessica.w3.org on 2011-12-14 (public-html-bugzilla@w3.org from December 2011)

This does indeed seem like something that CSS will fix... What precisely do you
want to see changed in the HTML spec?
