I'm not sure how to search for that given that SRT doesn't actually have a
comment syntax. One trick I know exists is to create a cue with no duration,
e.g.

00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:00.000
this is a comment

I don't think there's any trick for intra-cue comments that would work in SRT.
