[Bug 13423] Remove the Editing APIs section. It's extremely incomplete and contradicts my editing spec on a lot of points, so it will confuse implementers.

Hey, I'm part of the community of HTML users, and I do have a right to make a
statement. 

This is LC, which means the community outside of the HTML WG is asked to make a
comment. My comment is I have no interest in parts of HTML (and its associated
APIs) being managed by the W3C, and other parts being managed by a
self-selected closed group with little or no accountability to the web
community.
