[Bug 13423] Remove the Editing APIs section. It's extremely incomplete and contradicts my editing spec on a lot of points, so it will confuse implementers.

When people joined the W3C, and the HTML WG, they made a commitment to work as
part of a team, and that their work would become part of the team's work. In my
opinion, Aryeh should have approached the HTML WG, as a true team member, with
his work and a proposal to split the editing API out. His effort would most
likely have been gratefully accepted.

Evidently, he decided another course. However, that has nothing to do with the
_technology_, so...

The text must remain in HTML5 until the WG decides to split it out, or do
whatever.
