[Bug 13228] xref "content model" and maybe some of the other boilerplate terms in the lead, so the meaning is clearer. See bug 13224 for someone who didn't understand what it meant.

Yeah, I've thought about doing this, but I don't really know how to do it
without making the "leads" as you put it even uglier. Just linking some things
in that <dl> block would really be ugly unless we made the links not look like
links in which case it wouldn't really solve the problem.
