Summary: modify user agent requirement for details element
Product: HTML WG
Version: unspecified
Platform: PC
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: HTML5 spec (editor: Ian Hickson)
AssignedTo: ian@hixie.ch
ReportedBy: faulkner.steve@gmail.com
QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org,

in the spec it states:
"The user agent should allow the user to request that the details be shown or
hidden."
http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/interactive-elements.html#the-details-element
suggest replacing this with:
"The user agent must allow the user to request that the details be shown or
hidden"
or is there some reason why a user agent should not allow the user to request
that the details be shown or hidden?
