[Bug 10564] There is no "rightmargin" attribute. This should be "leftmargin".

that WebKit and Opera implement it as I suggested. Gecko does not support this
at all in standards mode and in quirks mode does indeed seem to support
"rightmargin" and "bottommargin". I cannot test IE here.

I guess I do not feel strongly enough about this either way, though it will
probably take some time before anyone aligns with each other here.
