Status: Rejected
Change Description: no spec change
Rationale: My knee-jerk reaction is that this wouldn't occur enough to make it
worth it. It'd be easy to add to the spec if people think it'd be a good thing
to add, though. I'm certainly open to adding it if there's a good argument for
adding it.
