Yes, why would it not be? There are lots of ways something might be hidden.

Rationale:
I don't really understand what I'm supposed to clarify here. We're not going to
add to the HTML spec long paragraphs listing all the things that you are
allowed to do with ARIA, that's ARIA's job.

Wish to escalate as not not providing clear information to authors on how
aria-* attributes should be used in conjunction with related HTML5 attributes
is not helpful to authors.
