Change Description: see diff given below (based on comment 23 and comment 25)
Rationale: I've tried to add this. I don't know if it's a great idea; I'm not
convinced the use cases are really that compelling, but I don't know MathML
well.

At this point it's up to implementors. If implementors don't think this is
compelling and thus don't implement it, then I'll remove it from the spec
again.
