           Summary: Infinite loop with <math><mi>EOF
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
               URL: http://html5.org/tools/web-apps-tracker?from=5299&to=5
                    300
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: critical
          Priority: P1
Component: HTML5 spec (editor: Ian Hickson)
        AssignedTo: ian@hixie.ch
        ReportedBy: hsivonen@iki.fi
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, public-html@w3.org

In the <math><mi>EOF case, the EOF token keeps getting reprocessed in an
infinite loop.

I suggest changing EOF handling in "in foreign content" to say:
Parse error. Stop parsing.
