[Bug 10214] In the "lighter" operator, it says "with color values approaching 1 as a limit". You mean "approaching 255" - color values are octets, not floats in [0,1].

Checked in as WHATWG revision r5446.
Check-in comment: colour values on the web are generally considered to be bytes
0..255, not floats 0..1.
