Status: Fixed

Change Description:

This section has been moved to Section 3.2 and is now normative:

http://dev.w3.org/html5/rdfa/drafts/ED-rdfa-in-html-20100502/#modifying-the-input-document

Rationale:

Modifying the input document per the HTML5 rules has been turned into a
normative requirement to ensure that the triples extracted from a document are
consistent across all parsers that support the HTML5 DOM and/or Infoset.
