xml:base attributes
Product: HTML WG
Version: unspecified
Platform: PC
URL: http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/elements.html#the-xml:bas
e-attribute-xml-only
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: HTML/XHTML Compatibility Authoring Guide (ed: Eliot

The xml:space and xml:base attributes have effects in documents parsed as XML
but do not have effects in documents parsed as text/html. The HTML5 spec
therefore defines them as invalid in text/html documents.
