Icon and label attributes give the visible and textual representation of the
command. This is actually a really elegant way of handling what is now handled
by <a href><img alt="">Display Text</a>.
Label is not currently required, but it should be. Suggest adding an attribute
that shows or hides the label, so you could have a button that is just an icon,
but that has a label anyway. This would be great for toolbars that shrink and
grow based on widow size.
