[Bug 8558] a text node that is a descendant of |style| or |script| element should not be counted as well as |del| element descendants

Rationale: 

<style> is not phrasing content, so it doesn't get counted (in fact it would
split paragraphs, though that can only happen in non-conforming documents).

I've changed the algorithm to not include content of elements that don't accept
phrasing content, since that meant that there were overlapping paragraphs
whenever one used <script>, which would be pretty silly.
