Status: Rejected
Change Description: no spec change
Rationale: There isn't one. It's not necessary; in almost all cases the video
file in this case will be in the common codec and thus the UA will have to
fetch it anyway. The type="" attribute is only useful on <source> as a way to
let the UA pick the right source. That doesn't apply with src="".
