[Bug 8224] Mention that it's possible for the Atom section to generate invalid Atom if there's not enough data (e.g. missing authors).

Checked in as WHATWG revision r4466.
Check-in comment: mention that the Atom conversion step can result in
non-conforming Atom feeds if the input is insufficient.
