Summary: No concept of interoperability beyond the site
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
               URL: http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/dom.html#embedding-custom-
                    non-visible-data
        OS/Version: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTML5 spec bugs
        AssignedTo: dave.null@w3.org
        ReportedBy: gez.lemon@gmail.com

                CC: ian@hixie.ch, mike@w3.org, public-html@w3.org

This could be really useful and a great accessibility feature, but as there is
no concept of interoperability beyond the site (as it is site bespoke) then we
need to ensure that this kind of data is readable by the AT and maybe even the
semantics of the interaction expressed in some way.
