Rudeness is not necessary. I'm surprised that it's tolerated in the W3C
bugzilla database. 

This particular section differs from what is in the WhatWG document. What
should be linked in this W3C bug maintenance system is recorded changes to _W3C
documents_, as the WhatWG differences differs from the W3C differences.
