+1 to this CFC. -- Léonie Watson - Senior accessibility engineer, TPG @LeonieWatson @PacielloGroup From: Paul Cotton [mailto:Paul.Cotton@microsoft.com] Sent: 06 May 2015 00:28 To: public-html-admin@w3.org Cc: Steven Faulkner <faulkner.steve@gmail.com> (faulkner.steve@gmail.com); Janina Sajka Subject: CfC: Move Using WAI-ARIA in HTML specification under the terms of the 2014 Process Document This is a call for consensus on the following proposal: The HTML WG will publish future drafts of the “Using WAI-ARIA in HTML” specification [1] under the 2014 Process Document [2]. The editors of this document support this proposal [3] . Additionally, moving to this new process will permit the use of the new TR publishing tool [4]. Note that final approval of this proposal also requires consent from the PF WG since [1] is published by both the HTML WG and the PF WG. Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged. If there are no objections by Tuesday May 12, this resolution will carry subject to subsequent approval also by the PF WG. /paulc on behalf of the HTML WG co-chairs [1] http://www.w3.org/TR/2014/WD-aria-in-html-20140626/ [2] http://www.w3.org/2014/Process-20140801/ [3] http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html-admin/2015Apr/0022.html [4] https://github.com/w3c/echidna/wiki/How-to-use-Echidna#current-limitations Paul Cotton, Microsoft Canada 17 Eleanor Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K2E 6A3 Tel: (425) 705-9596 Fax: (425) 936-7329 Paul Cotton, Microsoft Canada 17 Eleanor Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K2E 6A3 Tel: (425) 705-9596 Fax: (425) 936-7329
