WG Decision: Publish Techniques for providing useful text alternatives document as a WG Note

> Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged. If there are no objections by Thursday April 30, this resolution will carry.



Since we did not receive any objections to this CfC, this CfC passes.



Noting that the CfC on this matter also passed in the PF WG [1], this document will now be published as a WG Note.
