Can the working group be privy to this discussion? Where is it happening
and who is involved?

I am somewhat bemused that while all public discussion about this CFC in
the PF/a11y TF/HTMl WG has indicated that there is overwhelming consensus
to publish, there still appears to be unpublicised objections.
