CfC: publish Public Identifiers for entity resolution in XHTML document as a WG Note

The HTML Chairs are issuing a Call for Consensus to publish the Public Identifiers for entity resolution in XHTML document as a WG Note.

Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged. If there are no objections by Thursday March 12, this resolution will carry.
