The table in Fig 1 has
]]> end of CDATA declaration uninterpreted uninterpreted
interpreted (ends CDATA block)
Should it be that INSIDE a CDATA section it is interpreted as the end of the
section, OUTSIDE a CDATA section it is uninterpreted?
