"Here is a graduation programme the main content section is defined by the use
of the main element."
The sentence doesn't pass muster as good english, I think. Better would be:
"Here is a graduation programme where the main content section is defined by
the use of the main element."
Alternatives might be "in which" in stead of "where" or starting the original
sentence with "In this" instead of "Here is."
