HTML extension spec for sourcing in-band tracks

The In-band tracks community group has created "Sourcing In-band Media Resource Tracks from Media Containers into HTML” [1]. This spec was created in response to resolving bug 25133 [2]; an idea that had been proposed by Silvia and I to the WG chairs and W3C staff in an email on 4/10. There has been some discussion about making this spec a WG note to be referenced by the HTML5 spec [3][4].

Silvia and I would like to request that the HTML WG make [1] available as a WG note and that it be included as part of the WG deliverables. What needs to be done to make this happen?
