CfC: publish "srcset attribute" extension spec as a WG Note

The HTML Chairs are issuing a Call for Consensus to publish the "srcset attribute" extension specification as a WG Note.  Work has been completed on this extension specification and the technical material has now been folded into HTML 5.1 [1].

Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged. If there are no objections by Tuesday Jul 29, this resolution will carry.
