Subject: RE: CfC: to publish "HTML5 Image Description Extension" specification as a First Public Working Draft (FPWD)
This CfC referenced the wrong document. An explanation of why this occurred is at:
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html-admin/2013Feb/0254.html
The correct candidate FPWD is at:
https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/html-proposals/raw-file/1f251fcbe363/longdesc1/longdesc.html
I am therefore restarting this CfC and its due date is now Wednesday Feb 27. As before, silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged.

Subject: CfC: to publish "HTML5 Image Description Extension" specification as a First Public Working Draft (FPWD)
This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish as a First Public Working Draft (FPWD) the following “HTML5 Image Description Extension” specification:
https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/html-proposals/raw-file/b63325998cc1/longdesc1/longdesc.html
Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged. If there are no objections by Tuesday Feb 26, this resolution will carry.
Considerations to note:
- As a First Public Working Draft, this publication will trigger patent policy review.
- As a Working Draft publication, the document does not need not be complete, to meet all technical requirements, or to have consensus on the contents.
