We have not had a progress report on the work on the "HTML5: Techniques for providing useful text alternatives" [1] document since Jul 23rd [2].

Is the A11Y TF going to complete work on this document and approve publication of the material as a WG Note before the HTML WG's charter ends on Sep 30?  If not where will this work be continued since I don't believe it is not mentioned in any other proposed charter?
