Re: Call for consensus - transcript extension

With no objection, this Call for Consensus has passed, and the draft at http://chaals.github.io/html-transcript/html-transcript-src.html will be the "editors' draft" for the Task Force.

Please note, the expectation is that of the several possible methods for linking a transcript which are identified in the draft, we hope to agree on one.

Please also note that I expect to track issues through the mailing list and W3C tracker (which provides an unchanged record, whereas github allows people to change their comments post hoc), but welcome pull requests as an efficient means of proposing actual changes to the document.
