Hi folks, I updated the draft for a transcript mechanism quite a lot. In particular, I provided a reasonable amount of the spec content for the approach of extending the allowable values of "kind" with the track element, or by creating a new element. There are editorial bugs still, and I haven't discussed the idea of using the source element (the complication is that as defined, it offers a MIME type and a media query as ways to figure out when to use it. This probably isn't enough. But I would like to know if the TF thinks this is roughly right, and should be handed to the media TF, or if there is something really serious we need to do. It's on the agenda for the meeting tomorrow. And it's at http://chaals.github.io/html-transcript/html-transcript-src.html cheers -- Charles McCathie Nevile - web standards - CTO Office, Yandex chaals@yandex-team.ru - - - Find more at http://yandex.com
