regrets for this week

Regrets for this week. I have a family issue to attend to.

Status on canvas drawFocusIfNeeded:

Rik Cabanier is working on the Firefox fix . I sent a test tool to Rik that
he needed today on Google Drive.
Dominic Mazzoni is working on the Chrome fix.
Joanie Diggs is working on the remaining webkit fixes. I may need to help
find her a reviewer.

A big thanks to all these people for pitching in to get these fixes done!
This will give us 3 implementations and at some point the Chrome fix should
show up in Opera as they are both based on Blink.
