Resources on Alternative Text for Images [DRAFT]

Bug 25264 [1] added a reference to the "Resources on Alternative Text for Images [DRAFT]" material at:
http://www.w3.org/WAI/alt/
which states:

"The following document is currently being reviewed by its respective Working Groups<http://www.w3.org/WAI/alt/#maintainers>. It is expected to be stable by 14 April, 2014"

Has this review finished?  If so can the above text be removed from the page?  Can the "[DRAFT]" in the title be removed?
