As per my action item, I propose the following small changes to address the concerns that section 4.1 was too "keyboard" oriented. 1) Change the requirements naming from KA- (keyboard accessibility) to IC- (interactive controls). 2) Change the intro text from "Systems supporting keyboard accessibility must:" to "Systems supporting accessibility for interactive controls must:"
