agenda+ Media Sub Group - Collaboration opportunity with Web and TV IG Media API TF

I have reviewed the current work of the Web and TV IG Media API TF and have found opportunities for the HTML A11y TF to collaborate.  I floated the idea to them in their last telecon and they were receptive.  I think this would be appropriate for the Media Sub Group and would like to discuss making this Sub Group active again.
