JF: and what are we saying? ... that sentence is a mouthful. can we whittle this down? SM: I think we need to do two things. 1. there is a req that the UA MUST avoid ... then there is a note ... not too concerned about covering all of his points. think we just need another note about contained environments where overlap is most likely going to happen. JF: this is the last comment we have to deal with, right? SM: yes JF: once we get this done, we can move this toward formal note status SM: need to send responses to commenters ... i have drafts ... we still need to review them (per agenda) JF: should we note that we are going to take nigel's comment and work it into the note? SM: yes <scribe> ACTION: ShaneM to incorporate nigel's comment [recorded in [11]http://www.w3.org/2014/12/15-html-a11y-media-minutes.html#a ction01] <trackbot> Created ACTION-293 - Incorporate nigel's comment [on Shane McCarron - due 2014-12-22]. <ShaneM> [12]https://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/MAUR_Comment_Processing _2 [12] https://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/MAUR_Comment_Processing_2 Finalize Responses to Commenters SM: I put the comments into the wiki. JF: I took a look at this earlier. Think this is sufficient, especially if we keep this wiki as a record. SM: I was thinking of actually referencing the wiki. JF: that works for me MS: These look great to me JF: We didn't really reject anything except for that one. And that is well documented here, so I think this is at the point that once we update the BBC comment, this is good. ... Probably won't be doing much more before the new year with the holidays approaching. SM: I think the moratorium is fast approaching, thursday maybe, so we have three weeks here. ... if we adjourn early, I can take care of drafting the change based on Nigel's response now. Finalize MAUR SM: make BBC change, draft responses, send responses, publish JF: so first week of january? SM: yes, I think that is realistic. ... there may be a bottleneck after moratorium gets lifted. ... liam will probably take care of the formal publication steps ... I'll mention it to him next time we talk ... propose we do not meet next week. JF: so when should we meet again? ... glad to not meet on the 29th either. I am out 1/5/2015 SM: I say we meet on the Fifth without JF. should be plenty of time to review the pub before then. RESOLUTION: next meeting is January 5th, 2015 [adjourned] <JF> NOTE: attendees on the phone were Shane, JF and MarkS Summary of Action Items [NEW] ACTION: ShaneM to incorporate nigel's comment [recorded in [13]http://www.w3.org/2014/12/15-html-a11y-media-minutes.html#a ction01] [End of minutes] __________________________________________________________ Minutes formatted by David Booth's [14]scribe.perl version 1.140 ([15]CVS log) $Date: 2014-12-15 21:28:59 $ __________________________________________________________ [14] http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2002/scribe/scribedoc.htm [15] http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/2002/scribe/ Scribe.perl diagnostic output [Delete this section before finalizing the minutes.] This is scribe.perl Revision: 1.140 of Date: 2014-11-06 18:16:30 Check for newer version at [16]http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2002/ scribe/ [16] http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2002/scribe/ Guessing input format: RRSAgent_Text_Format (score 1.00) Succeeded: s/yes// Succeeded: s/pho9ne/phone/ Found Scribe: JF Inferring ScribeNick: JF Found Scribe: MarkS Inferring ScribeNick: MarkS Scribes: JF, MarkS ScribeNicks: JF, MarkS WARNING: No "Present: ...
