Bug 23551 - name and description section of HTML-AAPI oversimplifies step
order; appear to conflict ARIA; needs rewriting
yeah, the rewrite has not happened as the doc Karl referenced has not been
worked on since it was decided that the HTML implementation spec would be
integrated/aligned/developed along with the core (ARIA) and SVG mapping
specs, the rejig is still taking place, and I am unsure what form the new
model HTML mapping spec will take.
