Call for Consensus - Work Statement

Hi,

we had a call for consensus on this some time ago which passed, but since  
our decision-making process was rejected by PFWG we took the opportunity  
to explicitly add our list of deliverables into the Work Statement.

This is therefore a Call for Consensus on the proposition

The HTML Accessibility Task Force should adopt the Work Statement at  
<http://www.w3.org/2013/10/07-html-a11y-tf-workstatement.html>

Replies will be considered until close of business in the last time zone  
of Wednesday 16 October. Positive responses are preferred, and silence  
will be taken as assent.
