Hi Paul,

role=presentation in browser (in general) removes an element from the
accessibility tree

so <img role=presentation> would not appear in the accessibility tree.

an implementation of this would be that <img alt=""> is not in the
accessibility tree

I believe there are no such implementations (have tested several)
