Hi,
I have attached a proposed update for the Task Force's decision procedure,
along with a scribble of a new flowchart to match.
(I don't have the tool that made the original, and the SVG it created is
far too horrible to edit by hand :( so this is just a PNG.)
Essentially the process is simplified down to a Call for Consensus on
decisions that can be by email or survey, and /should/ be open at least 7
days with the minimum still 3 business days.
Feedback is welcome...
