CR testing and colour

Hello,

 

I took an action on the TF CR testing call yesterday, to locate a bug
relating to colour. Bug 13639 (CSS2 system colors should be recognized) is
currently filed against the 5.1 spec.

The reason for locating this bug was to determine whether it gave us cause
to consider the interoperability of section 2.4.6 Colors:

This is the section that excludes CSS2 colours, but whether that is an
interoperability issue is perhaps another matter.
