Call for Consensus - drawCustomFocusRing

Hi folks,

this is a Call for Consensus on the proposition:

The Task Force supports removing drawCustomFocusRing from the Canvas 2d  
Context level 1.

Replies are requested before midnight Hawaiian time on Friday 13 December.  
Silence will be considered assent, but positive response is preferred.

Background: We recently had a call for consensus on this question, and  
failed to achieve agreement. However it appears that further investigation  
may have led those who opposed postponing the inclusion of this method to  
reconsider, and take advantage of the extra time allowed by waiting for  
the next version of the spec to propose an update that is more likely to  
be successful in the long run.
