The test on a table summary placed in the caption element... I placed a long description of about 300 words into a table caption, to see if there would be any clipping... I tried it with a narrow table and a wide table in Safari on MAC, IE on WIN 8, Chrome and FF latest versions... there was no clipping with window at full screen or making the screen very narrow.
