Re: [aapi] HTML to API mapping guide updated

Hi all,
Further to Jason's UI overhaul (great stuff!) I have added  a feature to
select text and push abutton to add a bug (need W3C bugzilla account )
it also works with the keyboard (select text then alt+shift+f).

I have also updated the mac acc column to reflect the data i gathered from
testing latest mac/webkit. I have noted where the added mappings don't seem
right. and filled in a few of the mac gaps where currently no mappings
exist.
Also updated the output/figure/figcaption element mapping based of mozillas
implementations
